Teens & Adults Class

Curriculum designed for adults above age 12. Learn the athletic and coordination skills of Taekwondo while developing a healthy lifestyle, mentally and physically.

 

  • Mix up your boring exercise routine and learn new techniques and skills in each high-energy class. Instructors create an encouraging environment to train and grow. Classes will have variety whole body exercise.

 

  • Training will develop flexibility, strength and endurance. You will experience improvements in muscle tone and power through the repetition of kicks, punches and strikes. This challenging cardio workout will get you back in shape and stronger than ever.

 

  • Learn useful self-defense skills to gain confidence in your reflexes and athleticism.

 

  • Take the time to slow down and center yourself by focusing in the moment of Taekwondo training. Tuning out distractions during each class will help relieve stress, increase energy and bring mental clarity.
